Nakedness of human frame
Emotes many nerves,
In conservative culture.
Nudity is marketed
In liberal culture.
Half-a-crowd curses as vulgarity;
Other half-a-crowd praises as artistic.
But in a surgical room,
A patient is lying bare,
Under shadow-less lights,
Doctors’ and nurses’ eyes!
What emotion plays between them?
All nerves sense nothing
Beyond life and death!
None feels an iota of libidinal titillation.
Emotions are sublimated;
There nudity means divinity and infancy!
